This is to inform all the applicants of the Bowen University that the post UTME form for 2020/2021 academic session. Subsequently, the management of the Bowen University sorely invites all round applications from any suitably qualified candidates for the admission into its degree program for the 2020/2021 academic session.

All the candidates are hereby required to sit for the 2020 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME)
He or she is required to score at least 160 in the just concluded UTME.
All the applicants are hereby required to possess at least 5 credits at SSCE, GCE, NECO, NABTEB or approved equivalent in at least five (5) subjects, which need to include English Language and any four other subjects as may be specified by each Faculty in the institution.
The five credits should be obtained in not more than the two required sittings.
For the Medicine & Surgery (MB; BS), Nursing Science & Physiotherapy Programmes, the five credits (including Mathematics and English) must be obtained at only one sitting that will be required.
Candidates awaiting results might also apply if they wish. There is a probability for them to be chosen.
All applicants will be required to go through Bowen University Screening Exercise thoroughly.
Interested candidates that will apply to JAMB for provisional admission & wishes to change their choice to Bowen University are required to:
- Apply for the change of institution through JAMB official portal.
- Complete the official Bowen University On-line Application Form.
- Participate in the Bowen screening exercise as well.
All the official applicants for the direct entry must satisfy any of the following:
NCE at the credit level, ND and also approved equivalents with at least Lower Credit in important fields.
He/she must have at least two Advanced Level passes at the acceptable grade level.
The Interim Joint Matriculation Board (IJMB), Joint Universities Preliminary Examination Board (JUPEB) or Cambridge moderated School of Basic Studies at an acceptable grade levels.
In addition to the NCE/ND/IJMB, JUPEB or two Advanced Level papers identified by each Faculty or programme, candidates must also satisfy the Ordinary Level that is required.
HND holders may be admitted to 200 Level or 300 Level depending on the regulation guiding admission into each department / programme.

Note that: The Application Fee is the sum of N10,000 (ten thousand Naira only).

Mode of Entry: both the UTME and DE candidates.

- Take your Computer-Based Post UTME Examination Online at home or anywhere you are, based on the Bowen Examination time-table.
- Collect your printed result instantly.
The Computer based exam start is to start on Saturday June 20, 2020.

Bowen University Post UTME Screening Program
This is to however to inform the General Public that the University has rearranged the time table for the Post-UTME examination which is as follows:
As from Thursday, 25th June, 2020, candidates can login between the hours of 11:00am and 3:00pm, regardless of the choice of programme.
Candidates will not necessary have access to the examination portal on Saturdays and Sundays.
