The Post UTME/admission screening form costs One Thousand Eight Hundred Naira only (N1, 800.00).

How to apply for the post UTME form
Note that: The transaction should be carried on the remita platform
- Log in to the official portal www.federalpolyilaro.edu.ng
- Click on the “Portal ” option on the main menu.
- On the menu look for the “Applicant” option.
- Click on the “Generate Invoice” option
- Fill in your name and other details (as you have them on your credentials)
- Select your program (ND Full-Time)
- The course of study.
Proceed to the bank with the invoice that was generated.
Pay at the bank and obtain your RRR NUMBER
Return to the “Portal ”.
Click on the“Fill Application form” option
Enter the RRR NUMBER obtained from the bank (it is on the slip you got from the bank)
Complete the application form carefully.
Scan the following and upload:
- A color passport-size photograph of not more than 50-100kb in the space provided on the online form.
- UTME notification of result slip
- O’level Result(s) for candidates that are not awaiting their result.
All the awaiting result candidates should indicate their year of Examination and Registration Number. Insert (AR) in the columns provided for this purpose. They should also upload their result when it is available.
Confirm and submit the form.
Print at least two copies of the Acknowledgement Slip printed.
General information to all the candidates
All the candidates are however expected to upload clear copies of their credentials.
The candidates uploaded credentials are not easily readable would forfeit their admission.
The invoice and the RRR must be obtained in the name of the applicant; the invoice must be generated from the Portal. The Invoice contains the RRR to be processed. The institution shall not be liable for the complications that may arise when the RRR is generated and payment is processed without going through the Portal.
Candidates Awaiting Results are allowed to submit their credentials whenever they get it. Also, obtaining the screening form is more continuous exercise.
All the candidates are expected to supply his/her personal phone numbers and valid e-mail addresses on their forms. However, notification of the admission shall be via the institution’s official website.
Each of the candidates is hereby to provide a new result checker scratch card for each of the O/level results for the application form.
The result checked card should be scratched and also written out the pin number and the serial number of the card on the space provided on the portal.
